Registration is now open for the 2026 Annual PAASE Meeting and Symposium (APAMS), happening on May 28–29, 2026 at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bagac, Bataan.
We invite PAASE members, non-members, students, postdoctoral fellows, and colleagues from the local and international scientific community to secure their slots early and take advantage of the early bird rates. The symposium brings together leaders in science, engineering, and technology to engage in meaningful discussions inspired by the past and focused on engineering solutions for the future.

Organized by the Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering (PAASE), in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology, and Bataan Peninsula State University.
We invite recent science and technology research aligned with the theme: “Inspired by the Past, Engineering for the Future: Transforming Philippine Science and Technology for Inclusive National Development.”
The symposium will be held at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bagac, Bataan on May 28-29, 2026 and will serve as a platform for researchers, scientists, and engineers to share their work and engage with the scientific community.

The Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering (PAASE) is now accepting applications for the PAASE–APAMS 2026 Graduate Fellowship Program, to be held as part of the 2026 Annual PAASE Meeting & Symposium organized by PAASE, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), on 28–29 May 2026 at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bagac, Bataan.
Anchored on the symposium theme “Inspired by the Past, Engineering for the Future: Transforming Philippine S&T for Inclusive National Development,” the Graduate Fellowship Program aims to recognize and support outstanding graduate students and early-career researchers, while providing opportunities for mentoring, networking, and scholarly exchange with PAASE scientists.
Eligible graduate students, recent MS or PhD graduates, and early-career researchers are encouraged to apply.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER


Calling all researchers, scientists, and innovators! Abstract (Oral and Poster) submission is now open for the 2026 Annual PAASE Meeting and Symposium (APAMS 2026), happening on May 28–29, 2026 at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bagac, Bataan.
Poster Abstract submission is the first step in the poster presentation process for APAMS 2026. Authors whose poster abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit their poster together with a pre-recorded video one week after the release of the abstract acceptance notices. Poster submissions will be reviewed based on the official technical specifications, and accepted abstracts will be published in the APAMS Book of Abstracts.
Selected poster presenters will also have the opportunity to qualify for the Rapid Fire Competition, featuring a three-minute presentation followed by a two-minute Q&A, with cash prizes awarded to outstanding entries.
We strongly encourage interested participants to submit their abstracts now for a chance to have their work reviewed, accepted, and showcased at APAMS 2026.

POSTER GUIDELINES


The Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering (PAASE) invites nominations for the Severino & Paz Koh Lectureship Awards for Science and Engineering, to be conferred during the 2026 Annual Meeting and Symposium.
The awards recognize outstanding scientists and engineers whose work has made significant contributions to science, engineering, and national development. Awardees will be featured lecturers at the 2026 Annual PAASE Meeting and Symposium, themed “Inspired by the Past, Engineering for the Future: Transforming Philippine S&T for Inclusive National Development,” to be held on May 28–29, 2026 at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bagac, Bataan.
The nomination period opens on 26 February 2026 and closes on 15 April 2026.
Nominations must be submitted as a single PDF file and include a formal letter of nomination describing the nominee’s career highlights

Nominee’s comprehensive curriculum vitae.
